Our staff takes pride in working with our patients to provide them with the most pleasant experience possible. Whether making an appointment or solving difficult insurance or billing questions, our team of well trained and experienced professionals is ready to do their best for you.
Kari, the Business Manager, has been working with Dr. Woods for over 20 years. She is familiar with all areas of our practice and is ready to help solve any complex problem that arises.
Kim, our Treatment Coordinator, has enjoyed being a part of Woods Orthodontics for more than 12 years. When you meet with her, you will understand why. She is quite pleasant and will guide new patients through the initial interview to discuss orthodontic problems. Kim is an expert at her job and is able to discuss insurance concerns and make financial arrangements for patients. She will make sure your questions about treatment and finances are answered.
Heidi, our Financial Coordinator, handles our accounts receivables, working with people who have unforeseen situations arise in their lives, making payment of accounts more challenging. Pat is skilled at showing people how to deal with awkward financial problems.
Linnea, our Receptionist, handles most phone calls and all aspects of scheduling of appointments.
Keara, our Insurance Coordinator, handles all submittals of Insurance information to secure any orthodontic benefits available to our patients.
Our clinical staff consists of AnnMarie, Kayla, Katie D., Katie B., Tricia, Ana and Carrie. These wonderful young women work well with both children and adults. They enjoy performing the clinical tasks they have been trained to do while maintaining a pleasant and upbeat banter in the clinical area. Patients feel relaxed and at ease in this friendly environment.
We are fortunate to have Linda and Fran running our in house, full service orthodontic laboratory. They both enjoy making orthodontics appliances for our patients. Having an in house orthodontic laboratory allows us same or next day service on most retainers.
